Eh, man, sorry for lack of updates, I promise I'll do some cool stuff during my next break. :( I haven't been drawing much lately, and when I DO do art, it's mostly with watercolours atm. I have a love affair with watercolours. <3 Unforunetly the paper texture turns up shitting when I scan.



I'll probably end up spamming with some photos soon, because apparently I went completely nuts and did something that I thought I'd never do.

I'm getting a ball-jointed-doll. A bjd.

This isn't just distant swooning or WISHING I could have one, I actually have his parts on the way (well, head, body, eyes and special paint sealer, the others things will come soon). I should have everything shipped here and ready to go by Christmas.

I've always sort of admired them from afar and this year I seriously started getting into the hobby and researching about them. It just seems like a very logical step up for me - I like writing characters, I like drawing characters... why not have a 3d representation of a character? They're a great source for creative outlet - painting, sewing, photography, pose modelling, blahblah
Of course, he's going to be Elepon, since he's my favourite and most developed OC, and will make an awesome bjd. I'm also getting him at the same time as an online friend of mine gets her own - if you've ever seen Misaki in my gallery, well, he's going to be hers. xD

Sculpt? He's a Migidoll Miho hybrid on a cheap-but-decent FantasyDoll body, because I'm budget. xD I can't afford any other kind of expensive body atm, so until I get a job he'll be on a temporary body. These are Miho's, for those interested [link] . He's going to look so young and waspish. xD

I'm super nervous and excited because already he's a lot of money and I really hope he'll be worth it; not to mention that there's been some delay issues with his head sculpt production which made me nervous until I found out there was nothing to worry about.

Watch out for spam in the near future~
